Refund policy

You can return item(s) purchased on within 30 days after the date you received the order.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return order.  Note that Audella will take no responsibility for items lost in transit when returning them.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached.  As soon as Audella receives the return package, refund will be processed as per original payment method.

Exchange - We only offer refunds and not exchanging items. The best would be to submit a refund and then place another order.

 Return Process - Email with the following information: name - order number - item(s) to be returned.  You will receive a return authorisation form to send with the order to our address.  Audella will not be responsible for items lost in transit of return.  Refund payments will be processed to original payment method. 

Refund on shipping costs - original shipping costs are non-refundable and Audella does not offer free returns and therefore the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
